Hrytskiv Brothers is a family engineering studio. You work directly with me — the engineer who designs and builds your system. For bigger projects I bring in vetted engineers I have worked with for years, and you still have one technical contact: me.

How is the cost calculated?
You pay only for engineering work actually done — no separate charges for project managers, Scrum masters, analysts, CTO or DevOps hours. We are very flexible about budgets: tell us your range and we will propose a scope, phasing or engagement model that fits it. After a free consultation you get an estimate of scope and timeline.
Who will actually work on my project?
You work directly with the founder, Ivan Hrytskiv, who designs and writes the code. For bigger projects he brings in vetted engineers he has worked with for years — you keep one technical contact and never pay for managers in between.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you share any details. We never disclose our clients or what we built for them.
What do I get from an audit?
A detailed 20–100 page A4 report covering 12 areas — security, architecture, code quality, algorithms, stack, databases, tests, documentation, DevOps, scalability, UX and a costed improvement roadmap. It works as an independent second opinion, and we can implement the fixes ourselves.
Can you write tests for an existing project?
Yes. We write any kind of tests for any technology — unit, integration, API, UI, mobile, load and security tests — including for old code that has no tests at all, and connect them to your CI/CD.
Do you work with clients outside Ukraine?
Yes. Our clients are from Poland, Kazakhstan, Israel, the UK, the Czech Republic, Spain, Argentina, Africa, the EU and the USA. We communicate in Ukrainian, English and Polish.
How do contracts and payments work?
We work as a registered Ukrainian sole proprietor (FOP) under a service agreement with invoices.
Can you take over an existing or legacy project?
Yes. We audit the code, stabilise it and plan the migration to a modern stack if needed.
Do you work with hardware?
Yes — drones, sorting lines, scales, scanners, cameras and other devices: firmware, drivers and integration with your software.
